Transforming Crane Industry Challenges into Success Stories

Hi, my name is Simon. I’m a third-generation crane operator originally from Northern Ireland. For the past 15 years, I’ve served as the lead operator and manager at my family’s crane company in Canada.

About eight years ago, we began facing a growing labor shortage and other operational challenges within the business. To address this, we launched our own crane operator training school to develop skilled workers from within. We also created in-house training manuals and step-by-step guides to help new operators become more confident and competent on the job—faster and more efficiently.

After successfully overcoming these issues in our own company, I decided to share our proven training systems and documentation with other crane operators and business owners facing similar obstacles. Our goal is to help others improve safety, productivity, and operator performance across the industry.
